White-label GoHighLevel
Your GoHighLevel agency sold the outcome. We build it under your brand.
GoHighLevel support shops answer tickets and sell snapshots. We are the other thing: white-label senior engineers who build client sub-accounts, automations, integrations and tracking that hold up — invisibly, under your agency’s name.

The gap between GHL support plans and real engineering
The GHL ecosystem is full of white-label support desks: they resell snapshots, answer chat tickets and run onboarding calls. Useful — until a client needs something that does not exist in a snapshot. A custom API integration. Attribution that survives the handoff from ad click to closed deal. Automation logic with actual branching, error handling and deduplication.
That work is engineering, and most GHL fulfillment shops do not employ engineers. So agencies quietly lose their biggest clients to scope they cannot deliver — or burn margin hiring freelancers who disappear mid-project.
We sit in that gap on purpose. Same white-label discipline as a support desk, senior-engineer capability underneath. You sell it as yours, because it is.
What GHL's white label covers, and what it doesn't
GoHighLevel (GHL) white label changes whose name your clients see. It doesn't build anything inside their accounts. Here's the split, checked against GHL's own pages in October 2026.
What GHL's white label gives you
- Your domain on the desktop app. Point a subdomain like app.youragency.com at GHL with a CNAME record. Add your logo and legal links in Company settings, and clients log in under your brand.
- Your domain on client links. An API domain brands the form, survey, calendar, payment and review links GHL generates.
- A branded mobile app. Your app name, logo, primary color and login screen on iOS and Android. It needs GHL's Custom Agency App subscription, plus your own Apple and Google developer accounts, set up as organizations.
- SaaS mode. It turns GHL into a white label SaaS you sell. Clients buy subscriptions on your site, GHL creates their accounts, and you set the price.
GoHighLevel white label pricing
GHL's pricing page lists SaaS mode on Agency Pro, at $497/month. Starter ($97/month) and Unlimited ($297/month) don't list it. Agency Pro also lets you rebill phone and email usage with markup.
The white label mobile app is a $497/month add-on, and Enterprise includes it. The pricing FAQ confirms you can white-label the desktop web app, but doesn't tie it to a plan.
What it doesn't cover
- The build inside each sub-account: pipelines, workflow logic, integrations and tracking.
- Fixes when a workflow fires twice or a webhook fails.
- Every screen of the mobile app. GHL says not every part of it is editable.
Branding is configuration, and delivery is engineering. We do the engineering, under your agency's name.
What we build in GoHighLevel
- Sub-account architecture
- Clean client CRM setups with pipelines, calendars, users and permissions that scale past the first month — plus email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so campaigns actually land.
- Automations that hold
- Workflow logic with real branching, lead routing, speed-to-lead follow-up, deduplication and failure paths. Tested before your client finds the edge case. More on GHL automation.
- Custom integrations
- Webhooks and APIs connecting GHL to whatever the client already runs — Stripe rebilling, Twilio, fulfillment, spreadsheets, proprietary systems. See custom GHL integrations, or read our GHL API guide.
- Tracking & attribution
- GA4, ad platform pixels and call tracking wired so every lead traces to its source — with reporting dashboards the client can actually read.
- Funnels & sites
- Landing pages and funnels inside GHL that load fast and convert — or headless builds on Next.js when GHL’s builder hits its ceiling.
- Migrations
- Moving clients into GHL from HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or chaos — contacts, automations and history intact.
How it works
Free account audit
Send one client sub-account or funnel URL. We review the setup, automations and tracking by hand — findings in 48 hours.
First sprint

Embedded Delivery Pod
If the work is good, we become your standing engineering arm across client accounts from $4,000/month.
Where to start
Client Delivery Sprint
$999 one-time
One defined outcome, delivered by a senior engineer on a fixed scope. The lowest-risk way to see how we work.
Embedded Delivery Pod
From $4,000 per month
Ongoing senior-led delivery with a clear monthly capacity. We prioritize with you, own delivery, and stay.
Every engagement starts the same way: the free technical audit. You see our thinking on a real project before any money changes hands.
Straight answers
- How much does GoHighLevel white label cost?
- It depends on which part you need. In October 2026, GHL's pricing page lists SaaS mode on Agency Pro at $497/month. The white label mobile app is a $497/month add-on, included with Enterprise. Our engineering is priced separately. A Client Delivery Sprint starts at $999 one-time, and an Embedded Delivery Pod starts at $4,000/month.
- Do you offer GoHighLevel white label support?
- Not the ticket-desk kind. If you need someone answering client chats all day, a support desk fits better. We take the work behind the tickets: broken workflows, failed webhooks, integrations and migrations, all under your brand.
- Will my clients see GoHighLevel anywhere?
- GHL's own docs say agencies can hide HighLevel branding and present the platform as their own. Your domain covers the login, an API domain covers client links, and a branded app covers phones.Check two edges. GHL notes your domain works alongside the standard app.gohighlevel.com link. It also says not every part of the mobile app is editable.
- How is this different from HL Pro Tools or Extendly?
- Those are support and snapshot businesses, and they are good at that. We do not answer your tickets — we engineer the things a support desk cannot: custom integrations, real attribution, complex automation logic and builds beyond GHL’s native ceiling.
- Will you talk to our clients?
- Only if you want that, and then under your brand and processes. Default is fully invisible: we work in your GHL agency account, your Slack, your project tool.
- Do you set up SaaS mode?
- We work inside your existing Agency Pro or SaaS mode setup rather than selling you one. Rebranding, custom domains and the branded mobile app are configuration — what we add is the engineering after that: the CRM builds, integrations and automations your SaaS-mode clients actually pay for.
- Can you build with GHL’s AI features?
- Yes. Conversation AI, Voice AI and AI workflow actions go into builds where they fit — wired with the same discipline as everything else: tested paths, fallbacks, and clean handoffs to humans. See how we build GHL AI agents.
- Can you work outside GHL too?
- Yes — that is the point of using us over a GHL-only shop. Websites, Next.js apps, AI automations and tracking all come from the same senior team, so your client relationship never outgrows your delivery capacity. For code-heavy GHL work, see our GoHighLevel developer page.
- What does ongoing capacity look like?
- The Embedded Delivery Pod is a monthly retainer with clear capacity, from $4,000/month, prioritized with you weekly. No unlimited-queue theater — a named senior team that knows your accounts.
