White-label engineering for marketing agencies

Your agency’s engineering department.

Not a ticket queue. Not a rotating cast of strangers. A dedicated senior team that owns your technical delivery — websites, landing pages, GoHighLevel and HubSpot wiring, tracking, technical SEO — under your brand, with the same people every month.

SEC. 01The problem

You’ve bought white-label dev before. You know how this goes.

4:00 PM · launch day

The Slack message arrives: “small delay, will update tomorrow.” You’re the one who has to tell your client. The shop that missed the deadline doesn’t even know your client’s name.

delivery day

The landing page ships on time — and the form posts nowhere, GA4 fires twice, and the GoHighLevel automation was never wired. You pay a second developer to fix the first one’s work.

next project

You finally get a developer who understands your client’s stack — and they’re gone. New ticket, new stranger, same onboarding call you’ve done four times this year.

Here’s the part the hour-block shops don’t say out loud: at the biggest white-label dev company in this market, the best-selling plan is the most expensive one — the only tier where you get a dedicated team. Agencies keep voting with their money for the same thing: people who stay.

They’re right. They’re just buying the junior version of it.

You don’t need more hours. You need a department — people who own the outcome, remember the context, and get better at your business every month.

That’s the thing we sell.

SEC. 02The offer

Three ways to work with us. Most agencies start with the free one.

No discovery-call gauntlet, no “book a strategy session.” Send us work, judge the output, decide from there.

Free Technical Audit

Free. One client site. 48 hours.

  • Tracking gaps — what GA4 is missing, what’s double-counting, what’s silently broken
  • Page speed problems with the specific causes, not a Lighthouse screenshot
  • Technical SEO issues costing rankings right now
  • CRM and data leaks — form fills and leads going nowhere
  • Specific and actionable — you can hand it to any developer, including someone who isn’t us

03 · MULTIPLIER

AI Systems

Custom-quoted. For agencies past the “AI experiment” phase.

  • Fulfillment pipelines that cut hours out of every client deliverable
  • Internal ops automation — reporting, onboarding, QA
  • Client-facing AI features you can sell as your own
  • Built for your actual workflows — not a rebranded platform bot with your logo on it
  • Typically added by agencies already running the Embedded Department

SEC. 03Capabilities

One department. Not six vendors.

Everything below is done by the same team, in the same Slack channel, under one flat price. The person who builds the landing page knows how the tracking is wired — because it’s the same person. Nothing falls through the gap between “the web guy” and “the CRM guy.”

Website builds
Client sites in WordPress or Next.js, delivered on deadline and built properly the first time, so you stop paying for the same work twice.
Landing pages
Campaign pages that go live when the campaign does, not a week into the media spend.
CRM integrations
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce actually wired: forms that reach the pipeline, automations that fire, attribution that survives the handoff.
Tracking & data
GA4 and server-side tagging set up so the numbers in your client reports are numbers you’d defend in the room.
Technical SEO
Crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, indexing — done continuously instead of sold as a PDF.
AI automation
The repetitive parts of fulfillment handled by systems instead of staff hours, built for how your agency actually runs.
SEC. 04How it works

From “who are these guys” to “this is our dev team” in about two weeks.

  1. 01

    Send us a client site.

Any live site you or your client cares about. Within 48 hours you get a written technical audit — tracking, speed, SEO, data leaks. This is us auditioning, not you.

  2. 02

Read it. Then talk to us — or don’t.

If the report is useful, forward it to your client with your logo on it. If you want more of that, book a call with Abdullah. If not, no one emails you five times about it.

  3. 03

    We embed.

We join your Slack and your PM tool, learn your clients’ stacks, and take over a first batch of real work. You’ll know within the first sprint whether this is different.

  4. 04

    We run your dev.

Same team, every month, compounding context. You sell the work; we make sure it ships. Your clients never hear our name.

SEC. 05AI & agents

Agents do the typing. Seniors do the shipping.

Every agency asks the same question, usually politely: is a machine going to write my client’s site and nobody’s going to check? Fair question. Here’s exactly what happens to a task after you hand it to us — no mystique, no hand-waving.

Every deliverable, same path

The gate is not optional. Nothing skips review.

How a task actually flows

Say you send us a landing page build. A senior engineer scopes it, then puts agents to work on the mechanical parts: drafting components, wiring up the form, generating test cases, checking the tracking. The agents produce volume. The engineer produces judgment. The split never reverses.

The review gate

Nothing reaches your client that a senior engineer hasn’t read, tested, and put their name on. Not most things. Nothing. If an agent drafts it and the engineer wouldn’t have written it that way, it gets rewritten — the agent works for the engineer, not the other way around.

What this buys you

This is the honest answer to how a small senior team delivers like a big one, and why the price is flat instead of hourly. Agents removed the grunt work that used to be billed slowly by the hour. What’s left is what you actually wanted all along: senior judgment, applied fast, at a price that doesn’t move when you ask questions.

What AI never does here

It never talks to your client. It never makes an architecture call. It never invents content, metrics, or claims. And it never ships unreviewed — the last set of hands on every deliverable is human, senior, and accountable to you.

SEC. 06Why us

The honest comparison with the hour-block shops.

Dedicated team, not a shared pool.

Hour-block shops route your tickets to whoever’s free. We assign a team that works your account every month. There is no pool.

Senior-only, from day one.

Founder-led, senior-only delivery. You are not funding anyone’s on-the-job education with your client’s deadline.

Flat monthly price.

Hourly billing pays vendors to be slow and punishes you for asking questions. A flat price means rework comes out of our margin, not your invoice.

White-label discipline.

No credits in footers, no LinkedIn posts about “our client’s client,” no name in the code comments. Your clients believe you have an in-house dev team — because functionally you do.

Context that compounds.

Month three, we know your clients’ hosting quirks, GHL snapshots, and tracking history cold. Month six, we’re flagging problems before you see them. That knowledge doesn’t walk away with a rotated account manager.

Communication you don’t chase.

A dedicated PM, overlap with your working hours, answers in your Slack the same day. You should never have to write “any update on this?” to your own engineering department.

SEC. 07Founder
Abdullah Sajjad, founder of Scope Nine

The person your account actually depends on.

Scope Nine is run by Abdullah Sajjad, a senior full-stack engineer vetted into the top 3% on Toptal, with 8+ years and 250+ delivered projects across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Python, and WordPress — plus deep GoHighLevel and HubSpot integration work most developers won’t touch.

He built Scope Nine after years of seeing the same pattern from inside agency projects: good agencies losing client trust over engineering they’d outsourced to the lowest bidder. Every engineer here works to his standard, every project runs through a dedicated PM, and he stays close enough to the work that “senior-led” is a description, not a slogan.

SEC. 08FAQ

Fair questions.

Is this genuinely white-label?

Yes, and we treat it as a hard rule, not a preference. We work in your Slack and your PM tools under your brand, we don’t credit ourselves anywhere, and we don’t name your agency or your clients in our marketing. Your client relationships are the whole reason you’re valuable. We don’t touch them.

Why flat monthly instead of hourly?

Because hourly billing is a bad deal dressed up as fairness. It rewards vendors for taking longer, makes every Slack question feel like a taxi meter, and pushes you to under-scope to control cost. A flat price flips the incentive: slow, sloppy work costs us, not you. You get a predictable line item you can build your own client pricing on.

How fast can we start?

The free audit starts the moment you send a URL — report within 48 hours. If we move forward, we’re typically embedded in your Slack and taking real work within one to two weeks, depending on current commitments. We’d rather tell you “two weeks” honestly than say “tomorrow” and miss it.

Do you work in GoHighLevel? HubSpot?

Yes — this is one of our deepest specialties, not a checkbox. Funnels, workflows, snapshots, custom integrations, migrations between platforms, and the API-level work GHL’s own support won’t help you with. Same for HubSpot, plus Salesforce when your clients are on it.

Is AI writing our code?

Some of the first draft, yes. What it isn’t doing is deciding, reviewing, or shipping. Every line that reaches your client passed through a senior engineer who tested it and owns it. You’re not paying us to type. You’re paying us to be right.

What if we already have developers?

Then we slot in around them. Common setups: we take overflow so your team stops missing deadlines; we handle a specialty they don’t cover (tracking, GHL internals, technical SEO); or we act as the senior layer that reviews and unblocks. We’re additive. We’re not here to get anyone fired.

What does month-to-month actually mean? Can we leave?

It means you can leave with 30 days’ notice, and everything — code, credentials, documentation — is yours and handed over cleanly. No exit fees, no hostage-taking. We keep clients by being hard to replace, not hard to leave. We’d rather earn month thirteen than lock you into it.

How is this different from the big white-label shops?

Those shops sell blocks of hours fulfilled by a shared, mostly junior pool. Their model works because juniors are cheap; ours works because seniors don’t create rework. We are not a cheaper version of them. We are what their top tier is pretending to be.

Within 48 hours you’ll have a written technical audit — tracking gaps, page speed, technical SEO, CRM leaks — that you can forward straight to your client. If the report doesn’t impress you, delete it and move on.
